Action For Debt was set up by someone who knows from personal experience how debt can destroy your personal relationships, confidence and day to day life. You will be assured of a sympathetic ear and be given professional help and advice in total confidence.

Action For Debt is licensed by the Office Of Fair Trading. Providing a unique service, we are in a position to be able of offer more than just one solution to your debt problem.

How can we help?  

We understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, but making that call is the first step to resolving your debt problems. As we are in a unique position to be able to offer more than one solution, our staff will listen and assess your individual needs. Once established, a FREE home visit can usually be arranged with one of our consultants.

To us you are not a number or a voice at the end of a telephone line. We are available by telephone from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00pm on weekends. Once your debt problem has been solved we are still there to answer any further queries you may have.

Dependant on your personal circumstances and needs, we are able to negotiate with your creditors through a highly trained professional team, to reduce your monthly payments to one affordable sum. In some cases this can be as low as 20% of your original monthly payment.

The solutions that we offer are wide ranging, flexible and innovative. They are designed to enable the companies we use to work out the best legal solution for you, which will be acceptable to you and your creditors. You will pay, in most cases, one monthly payment, which in turn will be proportioned out to your creditors.
